UX/UI Designer

The low down

We are looking for a kickass UX/UI Designer to create rad digital  experiences.

You understand and implement best practices but you’re still curious and love trying new things. You have agency experience and you’re excited about working in a fun, tight-knit environment. You like to work alongside writers, designers, programmers and creative leaders to create all types of digital experiences, from web to apps to touchscreen. You are proficient in Adobe CS but prefer to use Sketch for interface design, and you can use tools like InVision to bring your work to life. You are a skilled presenter and know how to make complex ideas and userflows easy to understand. Finally, you are just as serious about wireframes as you are about visual  design.


  • ×Brainstorm  concepts
  • ×Design robust wireframes using  Sketch
  • ×Create interactive InVision  wireframes
  • ×Design visual comps using  Sketch
  • ×Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, designers, writers, programmers and  clients
  • ×Take both internal and external feedback and respond with  solutions
  • ×Go beyond the requirements of the creative  brief


  • ×Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or illustration or equivalent  experience
  • ×A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, problem-solving, wireframing, prototyping and visual design  skills
  • ×Extensive experience in Adobe CS and  Sketch
  • ×Possess the ability to communicate ideas using a variety of methods, including conversations, sketches, digital tools and  presentations
  • ×Demonstrates the ability to work on several concurrent  projects
  • ×Experience with motion design and storyboarding a  plus
  • ×HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Javascript experience a  plus
